RUGGED M.2 2280 NVMe/PCIexpress High Endurance 3D QLC FLASH disk is ideal for demanding embedded applications.

(3rd. January, 2020) – Asine, a leading manufacturer of FLASH drives for the most demanding environments, delivers a rugged M.2 Flash drive with NVMe/PCIe 4X lane interface.  The AS-M2-NVMe comes in 2280 Form Factor and offers up to 2TB. The Standard build options include: Commercial and soon to have Industrial temperature -40oC to +85oC, PLP (moderate Sudden Power Off Recovery), AES256, OPAL, Conformal Coating, NVMe Fast/Secure Erase and optional Conduction Cooling.

The NVMe / PCIe Gen3 interface offers 30Gbps using x4 lanes available. Sustained reads in practice of 3400MB/s, writes of 3000MB/s. Fast sanitize erase for entire media typically only takes a few seconds, while the AES-256-bit encryption and Crypto erase secures the data.

The Asine 3D QLC product literally rises above the competition with an operating altitude of 70,000ft and down to -1,000ft.

Our Enhanced Endurance extends beyond the standard endurance using our special embedded F/W to manage efficiently the NAND data refresh.

Asine 3D QLC SSDs are built on the proven success of Asine rugged SATA3 and NVMe designs in both M.2 and 2.5” formats. When combined with BOM control and a history of supporting products for 20+ years, Asine customers enjoy reassurance of product longevity, reliability and support.

Asine works in partnership with customers to ensure best performance over the life cycle of their system. Dependability is built-in to satisfy the demanding requirements of C4ISR, medical imaging and industrial applications requiring fast secured data storage.

“The 3D NANDs and eNANDs have emerged as an effective next-step in access speeds and cost” said Shlomo Haddad, CEO and Tech-founder of Asine. “Since 1999 Asine has been at the forefront of rugged FLASH in demanding environments. Our proven success in the field reassures customers that we appreciate the need for long term supply and support as well as access to continuously evolving technology.”
